“Education is the foundation to success, wealth and happiness.
What we must invest in as the people within this country is education,” Lomuyo

serve their communities and contribute to national development.
“With that wisdom, we are ready to serve our community,

leaders of integrity,” Gatpan said.
He also thanked the university leadership and lecturers for
their support during the course of study.
