Can South Sudan political parties find solution within that can address the political impasses?

The leader of Communist Party of South Sudan Hon. Joseph Wol Modesto says South Sudan is heading into a state of total collapse of the state if the current situation is allow to continue. He suggest an intense dialogue among political parties to find solution to the governing structures and established a lean government of technocrat.
