Police in Lakes State are holding two suspects in connection with the death of a young man on Friday.
A scuffle among Gelweng youths broke out at Kurageer cattle camp on Friday leading to the death of the unidentified man. The youth used sticks to beat themselves up, but one of them fired a gun.
The State Police Spokesperson, Major Elijah Mabor Makuac said 2 people are suspected of instigating the fatal fighting.
“One man opened gunfire on the opponent side. Local authorities cooperates with police in the area leading the arrest the ring leader and the suspected killer.
We are investigating them here in the main police and they will be sent to court to answer to the charges labelled against them,” he said.
