Police are searching for a gunman who reportedly shot and killed a 35-year-old man in Aweil town, Northern Bahr El Ghazal state.
The suspect is also accused of injuring two other people in Maderia area on Monday.
Philip Madut Tong, State Police Commissioner told Akol Yam 91 FM that the suspect attacked the victims at their home.
The suspect is still at large.
“The security forces have been deployed since last night to bring the suspect to book. As the head of police, we are calling on the people to stop killing,” he said.
Madut urged the public to work with police in locating the suspect and report any dispute to the police.
